Throughout the ages, people have realized the cleansing, healing, and restorative properties of water. At International Skin & Body Care, the therapists are trained in traditional European techniques to assure that you receive a rejuvenating, relaxing, health giving session.

For your safety and peace of mind, the water used in hydro treatments is filtered, and the equipment is sanitized between each guest’s visit.

Do not shave the day before or the day of a body treatment. Products may sting.

AromaTherapy Body Buffing or Salt Glow with Relaxing Vichy Shower or Invigorating Scotch Hose.

As you lie on a massage table, fragrant buff is scrubbed all over your body. The scrub buffs your body to a healthy glow while the natural essential oils soothe your senses. Your tingling body is rinsed with a deluge of water from the five overhead Vichy showerheads. The Vichy shower is a French treatment designed in Vichy, France, famous for its healing waters. Vichy shower treatments are fun and pampering. Treatment includes a Lotion Rub Down. (rated "Best Spa Treatment for the money")

	Cream & Sugar Cream & Sugar begins with a one hour Flotation Massage followed by a scrub with body cream and sugar. Sugar contains a natural Alpha Hydroxy Acid which helps with exfoliation of dead skin. Your smoothed body will be spritzed with a Lavender spa bath then rinsed with the Vichy shower. 	German Kneipp Wasser Kur Includes alternating foot baths for tired feet, "Stork Walking" Water Treading for aching legs, hose effusion (gentle flowing of warm water over the entire body) plus a one hour massage. 90 min. $113 (cheaper than a ticket to Deutschland)

Roman Soldier's De-Stresser

Adapted from the treatments given to Roman Soldiers at the famous Roman Baths in Bath, England. The mud is removed with a special tool then hosed off. Mud, Facial Massage, Hydrotherapy Tub, and One-Hour Massage. Precede or follow with a Steam Bath.

HYDROTHERAPY TUB

With specialized jets and oxygenating bubbles: The seemingly weightlessness of floating in the tub eases aches and pains. The pressure of the water stimulates blood flow to the heart and lowers blood pressure. The water is just above body temperature. The filtered water is purified with ozone, and the tub is sanitized after each use.
